Our online classes are the same format & content as our ‘in person’ classes, you have the same support, the same coaches, the same inspiration & motivation- the only difference is you can be anywhere (and in your PJs if you want!) We see the same success from our online classes and the feedback from our online members is extremely positive…. This is what Mich has to say - ‘I have been dieting since I was about 12 years old, I have tried EVERYTHING over the years - Don't get me wrong I have lost weight but then when I've gone back to eating normally it l's all gone back on, plus a few pounds extra. I joined WBT last year after realising the only sure way to lose weight healthily is to use more calories than you eat. WBT is not just about weight loss though it's a group of people who all have each others back and are there to support each other. I've had some difficult periods since I started but always felt supported and happy to come back to class, never worried about being judged after a gain. I feel happier and healthier than I have in a long time and really look forward to Zoom. I am 2 stone down and confident the next stone will be off before my holiday in September. One of the best things about zoom is the lovely coach, always smiling always there for all of us, she makes the class funny, entertaining and most of all educational. She's always on hand to boost everyone when needed, empathise with our struggles and celebrate our successes and I cannot recommend her or WBT enough it's quite literally life changing.’
