Supporting members to reach their goals is my absolute passion, because I know how life changing being in control of your weight can be. I lost 7 stone between 2018 & 2020 and then struggled to maintain the changes I’d made. I was introduced to Calorie Counting & Weigh Better Together by my former work colleagues Adele & Denise. I felt like the whole world of food and social occasions had opened back up to me. Ultimately choice & flexibility worked for me and brought my children’s and my eating back inline with each other - no more different meals for them and me. The best part was that I still see the results at the scales with eating ‘normal’ food. I love that Weigh Better Together is focused on small sustainable changes and learning how to manage the situation that everyday life throws at us. Our classes have brought the most wonderful, kind, caring and inspirational people into my life, we all work together. We laugh, we cry …. We call it therapy as we all leave feeling uplifted, motivated, supported & know we are surrounded by a community that understands. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Like many, when the pandemic and illness came along, my lifestyle changed with it and I joined Adele's class to refocus on my well-being. I am passionate about helping others to lose weight and reach their goals, and calorie counting is a great way to achieve this. I opened our first Leeds WBT class in 2022 (Bramley LS13) We are a lovely community, always there to offer help and support to each other as we go through life, and I am looking forward to being there for you too

I am really excited to be opening a brand new class in Harrogate where I live with my husband, 2 girls, and 3 cats!! I have struggled with excess weight all of my life, and tried every 'diet' under the sun, but since joining WBT I have realised that 'diets' and deprivation don't work. - it's simply about being in a calorie deficit! Attending classes I learnt that I needed to change my relationship with food.. and I love that no food demonised or off limits. The knowledge I've gained from staying to classes has made me want to make healthy choices, and since joining I feel a hundred times better, I'm less tired, have more energy, my brain is less foggy, my blood sugars are under better control )I am type 1 diabetic) my clothes fit me better, and I have so much more confidence too!
I attended Zoom classes, then started to travel to West Yorkshire to attend in person classes.
I'm so passionate about WBT, that I then went on to train as a Coach so that I could bring this amazing programme to my own area. I can't wait to be supporting members to reach their weight loss goals!
